Again

Capital One way.  What is the capital one way?  She said it is taking no shit from anyone and pushing back.  I guess that is why she is yelling at Ryan and Sylvia.  Holy crap I had to leave each time it happened.  Ryan at least wasn't yelling back at her.  She told him she wanted him to do training this past year and then gave him a few options of classes.  He told her that she never communicated that back to him all year long but he did other things that should count.  I totally believe Ryan.  She was just so pissed off.  Even with the door closed you could hear it all the way down the hallway.  She told him that she was going to be giving him a bad rating just because he didn't do anything she told him to do.  She does that.  Say she told someone something when she didn't.  She did it to me too about the training.  So I took the email and business writing classes.  I pulled them out last minute but no, she never told me either.  I felt so bad for Ryan.
Sylvia though, holy crap.  Sylvia was fighting back.  Saying Stephanie didn't tell her and she was lying.  This happened a few times.  It is just heart wrenching!  I don't know that much about Sylvia but she doesn't deserve this. I mean, as a manager, I guess we all have moments but this is going over days.  And Sylvia not wanting to do extra work, well I mean who would?  You are being belittled with the door open and fighting back.  Why would you want to do more or work outside of normal business hours?  I had to leave my office because I couldn't take it.  I told Angie about it.  She reminded me again about the ethics hotline.  I told her I couldn't because I am already one of Stephanie's targets, that would just make me a bigger target.
I think that is how it works with her. She has her favorites and they are CLEAR favorites.  The inner circle.  Only Stephanie can bring you into that inner circle.  But I guess it depends on how much you are on the outs of that inner circle on what you do.  I am fearful.  I don't want to step on toes or report anything because she will attack me too.  This is not ok.  And the ones not in the circle but not on the outside, they just keep quiet because they know they will not be in the inner circle and they also don't want to be on the far outside with Stephanie's wrath.  Someone told me that it was just the way it was.  It is abuse.  Many times it is done in a passive aggressive way.  Comments to let you know that she knows something you said.  My job is stressful enough but my god.  Sylvia did tell me she was looking for another job.  I hope Ryan does too!  Next up is Kira.  Stephanie doesn't like her either.
