Bryce

So yeah, he is going through some things.  Stephanie wants me to start writing him up for being out.  Ummm, no.  He has the time to take and if he has it available, then he gets it.  I have been talking with him almost every day now. Stephanie told me that if Andy knew he was being hired on, he would have been stopped.  I never had a problem with Bryce.  He is amazing.  I don't know why people dislike him. Personal crap can be very hard at times and I thought our culture was about a decent work life balance.  I don't know why she keeps insisting he has an attendance issue.  He doesn't.  He is at work on time.  He takes vacation/sick time.  He doesn't go into the red, at least not yet.  Pretty horrible. She just thinks I need to be tougher with him.  Tell him that if he doesn't start showing up more than I will need to write him up and push him out.  Gentle nudge is how she actually put it.  If he has time...He can use it.  I don't get it.
