another day

So fun meeting.  I told Stephanie about it today.  I had a meeting with Kathy Deer.  She said she wants ITAM to keep track of all the RJFS assets.  I told her we would not do that.  Told her why we couldn't even.  If the assets were purchased by RJ then yes, they get entered.  But we can't audit them and we will never update them.  Kathy wasn't happy with this.  She said they have a contract with RJFS to support them if the computers were purchased through RJ.  I said great but I can't help except with what data is already in there.  It was very frustrating because she wasn't seeing my point of it.  I told Stephanie and she said she had my back and totally agreed with me.  I let her know that Kathy was pissed off about it and thought it was something we should do and she would take it to her manager.  Stephanie said fine, if she does that, we stand where we are at.  I felt like Stephanie actually had my back today.
