Ryan

After being belittled and yelled at multiple times over the past few weeks...or has it been months?  Longer?  He is finally leaving GRC.  He said he has been unhappy for quite a while now and wanted to feel like his work mattered to the company.  I think he is going to the business side.  At least he isn't actually leaving.  Just really sad.  I am sorry she kept hammering him like that.  He is being cool and told me that he is leaving because of Stephanie but doesn't want to rock the boat and cause her to be even more pissed off at him. So he is just telling people it was time for a move.  I don't think she would be.  take it out on him if she can...yes.  But all the way over there?  I dont' think she can.  She just wanted him to leave and treated him like crap.  I just smiled and told him I would really miss him!
The ironic part about Ryan.  Stephanie used to be by his side all the time talking to him when Amanda was here.  She would be at his cube talking crap about Amanda.  She talked crap about Amanda to me and Jessica.  All this shit is just crazy!  It is funny (not really), how everyone is an emotional wreck and she is soo good at attacking them.  Bad mouthing to the right people.  Putting negative thoughts about them to the right people.  And people just believing her.  She is so scary.  I am scared of her.  She makes me so depressed.  Of course Jason said my depression is on me and how I am reacting to situations.  This isn't how long term abuse works.  It does weigh on you and when you are being told how much you don't matter, do anything and your team doesn't matter, how should I be reacting to this?  It isn't a positive thing.  Good luck Ryan.  I wish you the best!
