So I can't get what stephanie said to me when I asked if she wanted a scarf. I showed her one I already had done and she didn't say she would take it right away. She just told me a story. At Capital One, there was a woman there who made scarves. Stephanie had to lay her off and told her she was going to be part of the layoffs. But the woman still made her a scarf and stephanie still has the scarf today. Stephanie's point was if she could take one from that lady, she didn't see it being a problem taking one from me. What the hell? And she told me this story while smiling. I am not looking for favoritism, I just have a bunch of scarves and I am making more to give to people. I don't need them. But you have to tell me how someone you were laying off gave you one so it is ok if you take one from me?
She wouldn't have even gone into that story if it was someone else...someone from the trusted group.
