C1 way

So I learned what the C1 way was recently.  She was talking about how it was at C1 and so many employees would sue for harassment and hostel working conditions that they had a huge fund to just take care of it.  Stephanie said you did want you needed to do to make people uncomfortable and get them to leave.  She said you just have to know how to do it so it doesn't really affect you but it was affective enough to get someone to leave.  But there was a fund setup just to handle all the complaints. Holy crap, so she was basically trained on this crap.  I am not perfect but I do care.  I am sure there is enough where she looks great and I look horrible.  Hell, Just trying to make her happy makes me look like an asshole.  When I trying to help Rob last year, I had a hard time defending him because she didn't like him and wanted him to leave.  She was getting to him as well.  I felt horrible for the guy and as his manager, there wasn't anything I could do.  Then when Bryce was having all this issues, I was defending him too but she wasn't having it.
So this is what I means.   You restrict people from being able to grow, be in front of other people or at times even do your job because she wants you gone.  Make them feel like crap and push them out.  She doesn't like me and I don't stand a chance.
