Leadership

So for Andy's leadership workshop day...I got to work at 7 am.  And the leadership thing didn't get over until after 6 pm.  that was an 11 hr day.  I was still in a good mood for it!  We had a project to come up with something innovative.  I came up with the perfect one.  I gave it to Jason to discuss.  He said he didn't present it to anyone because he didn't understand it. I said, did you present mine at all?  Cause mine and Nate's were the same thing.  he said no and went to talk to Nate.  He came back and said, yeah, nate's is a good one.  I said it was the same thing!  Mine was actually much larger scale and nate's was only one portion.  Jason said if it came from Nate, they it must be good.  THEY WERE THE SAME THING.  Jason just blew mine off because he didn't want to present it and said he didn't care to.  Anyway, after that frustration again with Jason not caring about what I do and how we can make it better...I was ready to go home.  At the end, I asked Jessica if she was ready to go.  She said she was going to stay and clean up.  I asked Why because I thought we had people who come in and clean afterwards.  She said she didn't think so and it was just suzzette.  I said, no, I don't think it is only her.  Well Suzzette heard me say that we have people come in and clean up (meaning the cleaning people) and suzzette thought I was talking about her.  So she told Debbie and Debbie told Jason who told stephanie that I just expected Suzzette to clean up after us.  NO, I didn't say that.  I threw all my trash away and all the trash off my table.  And I never said Suzzette should have to clean up.  So Stephanie came and talked to me about it.  She said that I need to make it up to Suzzette.  I didn't say anything about Suzzette!  I don't even understand what is happening.  Now I am in trouble and Suzzette thinks I am saying horrible things about her and I never did.  Again, since being told what a horrible person I am, I started crying.  I never said anything about Suzzette but that doesn't matter.  They want it to be a certain way and they are going to stick to it.  I even asked Jessica if that is how what I said came off and she said no.  She knew I meant a cleaning crew.  How does something so innocent get so turned around to make someone look so bad?
