watching eye

So it is summer which means I am coming in much earlier now.  I was leaving a bit early until Stephanie made a comment about people who come in early and leave early.  How she is watching them.  She is watching to see who gets on at night and works and who doesn't.  she said She is always watching.  For my own mental health, which is horrible right now, I need to NOT be thinking about work when I get home. Instead of get home and cry.  I usually start crying in my car.  Who needs to watch people this much?  Have spies?  Who does this type of thing?
