1:1

So I contact Meredith today because of the intimidation from Stephanie.  I know she isn't our HR person but I needed to talk to someone. She keeps canceling the 1:1s with me or any other meeting and will tell me something else more important than you came up.  I get that she doesn't think I am important or what I do is important but she is still my manager.  I am worried about being seen talking to Meredith though.  But I know she gets it and understands.  I really miss her!
