Angie just sent me a guideline for my 1:1s with Jason.  She doesn't know I am writing everything in there as well but I am trying to keep track of what Jason and I talk about.  Jason has a tendancy to make up conversations or parts of conversations to twist them.  Octavious and Juan that that issue with him too.  Octavious is gone (can't remember if that is how you spell his name) and Juan is gone.  O did not like Jason at all.  He said he was never engaging, didn't care what O was working on and blew him off like his work didn't matter.  I brought this up with Stephanie when she told me she was moving me out from under her and to Jason.  I told her my concerns and she said, well those people are gone.  Amie loved O but Stephanie didn't like him.  When Amie left or announced she was leaving, that was enough for O to leave. 
My concern is both O and Juan said things about Jason and working from him.  I didn't hear good things from this past team either with Security.  Basically the same stuff.  He doesn't care what you do, he isn't engaging.  He makes up conversations or parts of conversations.  Says he said things or acted on things when he didn't.  He is more worried about talking to higher ups than helping and supporting his team.  I am sick of being alone with no support.  maybe...just maybe it will change.  Angie doesn't think so.  She thinks me moving to Jason is just going to cause me more stress and feel more isolated.  She told me I can always talk to her. At least I have no person who doesn't make me feel alone here.
