meeting

So Bryce met with Jason as a new employee on ITAM.  Bryce I think used to work with him.  Jason told him that he doesn't think ITAM is even needed.  He thinks software should be done by the businesses and hardware by IT security. He told Bryce that he would like to eliminate ITAM is possible because it just isn't needed.  NICE.  so welcome to the team and I really don't think your job is important.  Bryce was taken back by this. Then Jason told him that he had a good idea of what ITAM does, talked very high level to him with no details at all and moved to a different subject.  He said he felt like Jason didn't know what he was talking about and trying to BS him.  He asked me if he should be worried about his job.  I told him no.
I talked to Angie about this.  She said she would love to take our team on but Stephanie wouldn't allow it for one and she thinks Andy still wants her to prove herself.
It will be fun to see what else he says to everyone else.  This is so much fun.  why to bring down an entire team believing they are important.  So hurtful!
